Support Retail Training
RSS is asking Owners, Store/Training Managers within the Manchester and Merseyside area to join a forum to assist us in identifying your training needs.
RSS closely work with the Sector Skills Council and Learning & Skills Council to ensure that training offered to Retail employees is lead by their needs.
We are therefore inviting you to input your thoughts on what would help you and your staff build a more successful business.
Some ideas that have already been received are:
Training for fitting room staff
Responding to high level security alerts
We are also working closely with sub sectors to identify their specific training needs e.g. shoes,jewellery. Again your input is crucial to ensure we give you what you need.
